What started in a basement printing shirts for screamo bands has grown into a national merchandise partner trusted by beloved brands.
Every company has a past. Ours is filled with the unconventional experiences required for successful growth, from our punk rock roots to the Inc. 5000 company we are today. Spilt Ink started in a basement, screen-printing shirts for screamo bands. After working as an apprentice for the company, Jeremy Conder grew tired of spending time on highways in the back of a tour bus, and acquired the company in 2010 with the money that remained in his bank account. The next years were full of growing pains. Our two person team didn’t know it at the time, but they faced a difficult question: How does a screen printing company evolve from order takers to branded merchandise partners? One day, Jeremy was talking to his previous tenant who had obtained the rights to his great-grandfather’s brewery, Fisher Brewery. This opportunity gave Spilt Ink the opportunity to lean into the brewery’s strong local brand presence, providing a winning proof-of-concept that combined the power of merchandise and brand loyalty.Since then, we have acquired multiple companies, learned how to provide fulfillment services, and scaled our ability to bring our vetted strategy of merchandise partnerships to beloved brands across the country.
We ask the tough questions.
We take full accountability.
And we grow through what we go through.
That mindset has shaped who we are—and who we work best with.
Whether you're scaling your brand or starting fresh, we’d love to be a part of your story.
